"Her examples to make a point she wants to make are very refreshing. She took me through a very methodical approach to understanding what my key issues were and helped me develop a realistic plan. She was also extremely patient and very kind to listen to examples of situations at office and home and provide some very helpful suggestions (that worked). I would recommend her highly as long as you are willing To be brutally honest and follow her suggested homework. I saw a big difference in how I reacted to situations and how the work/life balance improved along with the quality of my relationships. I will be forever indebted to Victoria for opening my eyes to become a more complete human being and be better prepared to deal with situations than just having knee-jerk reactions. Her thought provoking questions are very key and I have seen it produce different results in recent past, than what I have observed, when I did not have the benefit of her guidance. "

Ravi Nair, IS Support Manager DOMS

"I consider myself exceptionally fortunate to have had Victoria Crawford as a mentor. Victoria’s commitment and approach to self-empowerment is one of the most powerful methods that I have studied as a professional coach. During our tenure together I transitioned from a state of frustrating confusion to a state of heart-led clarity. I learned vital lessons about how to deepen my self-trust, how to define my work in the world, and how to support living from my true-self every day. Her mentoring has had a profound impact on me and the future of my career!"

Gratefully, Marnee Weber, The Caregiving Coach

" Victoria has a gift for bringing people gently back to themselves. Her wise, witty humor and practical pathway beautifully illustrates how even the most challenging experiences can become stepping stones to self discovery and growth. In the Art of Trust, she provides concrete tools for leveraging opportunities and steering clear of obstacles that are often self-created. It will help you put your finger on what propels you forward and what keeps you stuck, so that you can have more of the former and less of the latter. This book is not just about finding your way through uncertainty, change and transition, but about utilizing these challenges in a way that lead to transformation and an increase in consciousness and personal power. I highly recommend it."

"I had the pleasure of working with Victoria in a women's leadership group. How enlightening the work was! I am a regular 'goal setter' and this process made real sense."

Sandy Kolberg, Ph.D. Stategems LTD.

"I especially appreciated the experience of Life Path as an integrated process that led me to a clear understanding of my life's priorities. While I am capable of making hard decisions, Victoria guided me through several exercises which further allowed me to self reflect and consider a wide variety of aspects of my life's choices and outcomes. I recommend the Life Path experience for anyone wanting to gain clarity, manage a transition or who may need a new perspective about their life's direction. I especially found Victoria's guidance, and ability to relate distinguishes her service as she empowers oneself to assess their life's journey."

Catherine Marsh, CEO of MarshCroft Enterprises

"One of the best gifts this year was working with Victoria Crawford on the Life Path process. The experience was amazing in many ways. It was like going to a spa to reveal my life’s priorities and goals. The powerful day and one half sessions provided a crystal clarity path for me to begin the rest of my life, on purpose, with intention and with great joy. Victoria is a gifted and spiritual guide in the process and I would highly recommend it to anyone."

Cynthia Wrasman, Chief Inspiration Officer Women Winning Worldwide

"Victoria is a wonderful resource to utilize as you navigate through what it is you're trying to accomplish. You will not only reach your goal - the outcome will exceed your expectations and you'll have more fun along the way."

Terry Curtis, Viad Corporation

"To have someone who resonated with who I really am be a sounding board, a mirror, and a devil's advocate. I haven't had that before, and had became too wrapped up in self-reliance. Being able to ask others - including Victoria - for help has opened up a new world of relationships for me that are deeper and more rewarding than any I've ever had, and has actually made me a stronger person."

Amy Rosen

"Working with Victoria has been a wonderfully positive experience. She guided me through an examination of my personal values and goals, then helped me develop a focused, specific plan to lead me toward achieving those goals. I ended up with a plan that was unique, with specific steps to keep me on track. Victoria's positive attitude and support made the process both rich and fulfilling. I highly recommend her."

Randy Stokes, Attorney Lewis and Roca Law Firm

"I have definitely found working with Victoria to be beneficial. Each of our managers commits to goals and then reports on them and rates themselves. The process takes over once you get into it, and we have found that the monthly goals get more meaningful as the year progresses. It took awhile for our team to understand how serious we are about holding each other accountable and that their performance or lack thereof really impacts others on the team. The result has been that each of us understands a lot more how what we're doing affects the others and that if we don't do it the whole team gets impacted. It has take a lot off my shoulders too, and I'm getting respect from the team because of the disciplined follow-through, etc which is always challenging for a multi-tasking leader such as myself!"

Elaine Ralls, Ph.D. and CEO

"Mines and Associates is a national psychology firm that has a health psychology division and an organizational psychology division serving over 300 organizations and over 200,000 families. MINES retained Ms. Crawford to work with our senior leadership team on strategic issues and its own group dynamics. Ms Crawford worked with our senior leadership team for one year.

In that year we accomplished all of our goals. We had top line growth of over 40% while maintaining our bottom line profit at over 10%. The leadership team reorganized the firm with the goal of being scalable for future growth. This goal was accomplished 3 months earlier than projected. Group dynamics were significantly improved in terms of better communication, increased effective conflict management, increased cohesion, heightened awareness of the subtleties of our organizational culture, and week-to-week goals and accountabilities were met at higher levels of success than previously.

Ms. Crawford did an outstanding job of facilitating our meetings and intervening where it was needed. She has a great blend of insight into the group process combined with a direct communication style for confronting group problems. She also was able to join on an individual basis with each member of the team and was then able to coach them as needed on individual issues and goals.

I highly recommend Ms. Crawford to you for consideration as an organizational consultant. Even though MINES has an organizational psychology division with its own organizational development consultants, we thought it was important to have someone objective to work with us. Therefore it would be fair to say that Ms. Crawford was the consultant to the consultants. "Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions regarding Ms. Crawford's strong qualifications and skill sets."

Robert A. Mines, Ph.D. CEO and Licensed Psychologist
